731st Bomb Squadron Emblem Short-Sleeve Unisex T-Shirt

The squadron that wore this emblem was activated in mid-1943 and trained in B-17s. The 731st was then deployed to Europe and carried out their first bombing mission in February 1944. The squadron bombed various targets during the war, including V-weapon sites, factories, and even targets in Normandy during D-Day. The 731st was deactivated after the war, but was reactivated and flew daring night missions in Korea. Today the squadron is still active, and lost a Reaper drone to a Russian Su-27 in 2022 near Ukraine.
